“Great hotel conveniently located near Kanazawa Station”
We enjoyed a one-night stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located within a 3 min walk from the Kanazawa train station. “Good location”
Located next to Kanazawa station made it easy to move around. Breakfast was just o.k. Tends to be very crowded as hotel caters to large groups. Luckily they have a sign showing the times of how busy the restaurant is. Rooms are very small. You might want to upgrade to a larger room. A little d… more

“Blood on your toe”
You will stub your toe. There is a one or two cm strip at the bottom of the bathroom door that is a tripping hazard. Very poor design. Look at the pictures. No effort was made to ensure a smooth transition. Please fix! Good food, good service, good location.

We had a great time in Kanazawa and the location of the hotel is fantastic, however we generally found the service very stiff and formal - not really customer friendly. The target market appeared to be tour groups and business groups, this did impact on our ability to access all the hotels services… more
