“Staff Were Amazing”
The hotel was very nice. It was clean & quiet. It was decorated very nicely. The beds were comfortable. Now the staff, they were amazing. They were your typical polite Japanese workers but when we called the next day to say we left a necklace behind, they went out of their way to get it to us. Inst… more

“Nice hotel !!”
Really nice rooms and everything is so good . Not sure how to explain but I love everything here !! Should have elevators that don’t have a weight limit though . We travel as a group but some people are loud in my group which we apologize for

“Great service and kind staff, but rooms are small”
The hotel is around 15 minutes’ walk from Kanazawa Station. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and spoke good English.
