“Hard to beat”
Excellent service. They accomodated a vegetarian meal at the last minute, the onsen has great amenities. Highly recommended. The japanese room is very classy and the bed linens are beyond confortable.

“Typical Japanese Hotel”
The room was small, especially the washroom was very very small and crowed. Thus, we did not take bath in the washroom. We took shower at the onsen instead.
