“Had a Fantastic Stay Here!”
I stayed in Kagoshima longer then expected and had to change my hotel to Sun Days Inn. I wish I just booked with them throughout the entire time. They have great parking and are located in the heart of the city. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. As an English speaker I had no issues. … more

Those are the two words that come to mind. The restaurant is not open for dinner, the people at the front speak no English except for one gentlemen if he’s around. A business hotel- best for salarymen to stumble back after entertaining. It's located in the food and bar area in tenmonkan (shopping on the other side of the main road) and can feel a bit seedy for the loan female traveller so i wouldnt recommend for families.
