Front desk staff Pankokkor Jansuda is very helpful and cheerful. Whenever she sees us she will show her brightest smile. She is also very hardworking as she is almost everywhere. “A Peaceful Retreat in Gora”
Tensui Saryo is in the perfect location for exploring the Hakone area, just a couple of minutes from Gora Station. If you’re travelling with luggage, there’s an underpass that takes just 2 minutes, but if you want to avoid steps, it’s around a 7-minute walk around the station. It's not worth a taxi… more

A fine traditional Japanese inn. Meals are served at set times, you have to sign up. There is no room service. You go to 7-11 or Lawson's for all the stuff you want to eat/drink in the room. If you are tattooed, you can't use the communal onsen, so you have to book the private one which has a small… more
