“Peaceful luxury ”
We stayed here 3 nights in a room with a private onsen on the upper floor of the annex. What a relaxing and lovely setting to bathe looking out on the garden and hills beyond. “Relaxing stay”
Surroundings are peaceful. The location is very convenient for local museums and attractions. Warm welcome. Clean rooms. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Relaxing indoor and outside bath. Check in and check out was very smooth. Highly recommend this hotel

Was picked up by their friendly driver from the busstop within 10min after calling the hotel. Check in was a bit slow but good to accustom to the more relaxed and quiet atmosphere from Sengoku area. “It's a great hotel but not a great ryokan”
I was looking for an authentic onsen ryokan experience when I booked this hotel. It is rather a small and dated hotel with small baths and mediocre western fusion dinner.
