“Pleasant experience”
Large and spacious room and the breakfast was very good. Well organized and courteous staff. We did not use the hot springs but those in our group that did said that they enjoyed the experience. The shuttle bus was a big plus. In summary, a pleasant stay

Amazinngggggg Our favorite hotel of all 5 start hotels during our 2 week visit. The amenities. The staff. The onsen is unbelievable. Must book.

“A Good Stay in Hakone”
Beautiful location with great views. Very tourists and the buffet breakfast and dinners are ok. Rooms are a mix of modern and traditional with private onsens. My husband and I have tattoos so we couldn’t use the public ones. Entertainment nightly and free drinks which is a plus. Close to Lake Ashi.
