“Amazing onsen, and great service”
We had a great time here! they could do with changing the carpets in the corridors, but you forget about that very quickly when you enjoy the onsen. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food was really nice too, japanese and western options were available

“Ok hotel”
Stayed here for two nights. Was ok wasn’t the best the rooms do not look like the pictures on the website it’s like the pictures have been put through AI and cleaned up. Rooms are very outdated and smell. Bathroom is very small. And air con did not work.
