“Best indigo”
I often stay at Hotel Indigo, and I was very satisfied with this property. There was a complimentary shuttle service from the subway station to the hotel, which made getting there very convenient. Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room is comfortable and plenty of space. “Wonderful hotel and great time.”
Great experience and easy to get to Lake Ashii and Mt. Fuji. Location is a little odd- not in a great part of Hakone, but the hotel is very nice and we had two rooms with private onsens, which was a highlight. Breakfast and dinner were included and the food was excellent. Not many of the staf… more
