Front desk staff Pankokkor Jansuda is very helpful and cheerful. Whenever she sees us she will show her brightest smile. She is also very hardworking as she is almost everywhere. One moment she is at the front desk next moment she will be at the bar serving drinks. Her voice always brings happiness… more

“Private onsen close to train station”
Super close to the train station- about I 5 minute walk. So easy access to the Ropeway and the Hakone loop. Also walking distance to restaurants and a nice coffee shop in the area. Dislikes- some difficulty with communication with the front desk compared to other cities like Tokyo and Osaka. Ha… more

“A Peaceful Retreat in Gora”
Tensui Saryo is in the perfect location for exploring the Hakone area, just a couple of minutes from Gora Station. If you’re travelling with luggage, there’s an underpass that takes just 2 minutes, but if you want to avoid steps, it’s around a 7-minute walk around the station. It's not worth a taxi… more
