“Onsen dream”
Onsen was perfect. Hotel perfect! Breakfast unbelievable. So many buffet choices. A must for anyone looking to relax. Location perfect.

“A very poor stay unlike all others here in Japan due to restaurant manager poor skills”
2 night stay which unfortunately coincided with the lift down to the town being out of order, the hotel announcement system being tested for an hour plus with many sirens and announcements, and the water cut off for an hour or more.
