“Onsen dream”
Onsen was perfect. Hotel perfect! Breakfast unbelievable. So many buffet choices. A must for anyone looking to relax. Location perfect.

“Beautiful room and views, but service and bathroom issues”
The bathroom setup was one of the main drawbacks of the stay. It requires stepping up a high threshold, which is inconvenient, especially at night, and may not be suitable for all guests. “A very poor stay unlike all others here in Japan due to restaurant manager poor skills”
