“Fantastic location for Pre Cruise Hotel”
This hotel was great for transfer to Osanbashi to join a Celebrity cruise ship. We arrived at Haneda Airport and arrived via a pre-booked taxi. “Hospitality at its best”
I have had the most positive service experience with their reservations team. We had booked to stay at another of their property in Yokohama and it was to close.
