Stayed at the JAL before a cruise around Japan - room was clean but small ! Very hot room on the first night due to someone setting the AC to heat not cool - perfect the second night! “Yokohama 1st visit”
The hotel is clean, requested 2 rooms same floor next to each other is fulfilled, location is not in busy area, close to some tourism spot, breakfast selection is enough, hotel staff response very well. Rate also fair. Will be back for sure if visiting yokohama again

Stayed in Yokohama for 2N here before taking the cruise at Osanbashi Pier. We booked the Deluxe Double and it was spacious enough for 2 adults with 3 luggage.
