Location is very convenience. Not in the city center but walkable to vonvenience store, China Town and major sightseeing apot in Yokohama. The park and sea is neatby. Yokohama tower is opposite. “Very nice”
The hotel was like any top hotels but what made this hotel stand out was the staff, not only did they take the time to understand my English, I enjoyed communicating with them. I was going on a cruse and the location of this hotel was close to the pier as well as to Chinatown

Stayed here with my son for 4 nights. The rooms are adequate but a little small. It’s a wedding Hôtel which we didn’t know when we booked. Staff, face-to-face were extremely helpful. They were very apologetic that most of the guides they could provide were in Japanese only. “Early Check-out”
This is an older hotel that still uses the old-fashion key for doors.
