Been here for a while, preparing my daughter to officialy settled in Keio Fujisawa Campus. Location? Perfect! Just next to Shonandai Station. Surroundings? Many eatery places, 7 eleven is next door, coin laundry is accross the street, Daiso and supermarket only few minutes walk. Although the room is very compact just like any other affordable hotels in Japan, I could not complain about anything else. The staffs all are friendly and they could speak English! I sent some our luggages from Haneda airport directly to hotel via takuhaibin services and the hotel staffs keep our luggages safely. Only the breakfast selection I may suggest some inputs. Although they provide some meals to choose like butter bread, soup, salad and japanese stuffs, for me as a foreigner still prefer more international taste. But for the price I paid, it was a very good bargain.

“Convenience & Quality”

I stayed for business yet enjoyed it beyond business. Plenty of options in the area close by for eats. Entirely convenient location to train. Not to tricky to find. “Ok hotel”

Its equivalent to a Holiday Inn Express. Only 100m from Shonandai station and close to lots of restaurants and a few shops. Stayed in a few different rooms and they were all identical. Its equivalent to a Holiday Inn Express. Only 100m from Shonandai station and close to lots of restaurants and a few shops. Stayed in a few different rooms and they were all identical. Small but decent facilities, great that every room has a fridge. Only Japanese tv channels. The wifi was ok, difficult to have a skype video call, but voice calls were fine as was Netflix. Breakfast is fairly grim, but I think this is typical of all but high end Japanese hotels.

“Newer hotel in a very convenient location”

I stayed in the Fresa inn for 10 nights while attending some training in japan for work. I stayed in the Fresa inn for 10 nights while attending some training in japan for work. The rooms were the typical japanese sized rooms, just enough for a carry on sized bag and about 2 feet around the bed. I had 2 different rooms, and although looking about the same size, one had a smaller bathroom which was a bit hard to move around in. The bed was much firmer than I'm used to in Canada which made the first few nights a bit uncomfortable. Definitely cannot sleep on your side with those mattresses. I was travelling with a group of 10 people and the front desk was quite slow processing our group (upwards of 15mins per person, with only 2 people at the desk) while checking in and out despite our company giving them our details in advance. They did allow us to store our bags overnight when we had to travel to another city for a day. The location itself was very convenient, about a 5 minute walk from the train station, a 7-11 with an international ATM in the foot of the building and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel felt very new and clean compared to some of the other places I stayed during my trip. Overall I was quite satisfied with my stay here.

I had to stay here as All Hotels in Yokohama , Kawasaki, Tokyo Area were Full due to Tokyo marathan. The approach was not bad, From Haneda Airport It took about 45 minutes by changing one time from Keikyu Line to Yokohama Subway line. I had to stay here as All Hotels in Yokohama , Kawasaki, Tokyo Area were Full due to Tokyo marathan. The approach was not bad, From Haneda Airport It took about 45 minutes by changing one time from Keikyu Line to Yokohama Subway line. Looking at the Location and Size of the Room, The Price was quite Steep.It was a Saturday and no other options available , I had to take this. Rooms was below average, Just about a foot space around the Bed, TV is almost on the Bed, as there is hardly any space between the Bed and the Table.This is not uncommon in Japanese Buisiness Hotels , But here it was more compact. Some thing was not working in the Toilet. Breakfast was Included in the Room charge at a nominal cost but was very disappointing. So even if you miss it, you don't mind it. I shifted to another hotel in Yokohama as soon as I got the booking Next day.
