I just got back from Yokohama Mandarin hotel! The staff is amazing, as they helped with finding places, even though it was a language barrier! We had a great stay at the Mandarin. We had a package delivered to the hotel the day before we arrived. Front desk took care of this flawlessly. “Spring Vacation”
Hotel is located at a walking distance from Hinodecho Station(non-JR). There is a bus stop directly in front of hotel. Clean and simple western concept. Reception staffs are friendly and approachable. Room are cleaned daily and comfortable.

Rooms are of average size for Japan. Bathroom is larger with two rooms, toilet and bath areas. Found this hotel to be nice and clean. Very friendly staff. “Overall it’s a okay.”
First impressions are the room is little bit old and needs To be improved. I used about 10 different hotels plus so many new hotels opened up in this city. All those hotel rooms are so plushy. Therefore, this hotel needs to be renovated some areas.
