Great location 2 mins from Kyōto station. The best breakfast, the choice was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the deluxe room was a good size and the room had a fridge. “Enjoyed Visiting UNESCO.sites.”
Excellent location.Atmosphere zero.Room was very small with dysfunctional bathroom. Also no water in the room and did not inform us that the local water was not safe to drink.The rooms were quiet .The room was clean .There was no service.

“Nice hotel with lousy service”
Have stayed there several times, and although the rooms are small, the breakfast and spa are both very nice. However, the front desk staff tend to be less helpful than anywhere else we have been, certainly in Japan.
