Very comfortable hotel. Excellent location, near shopping and restaurants. Staff very helpful. Coin operated laundry on site.

Great location for tourists. good rooms both in size and amenities. Lille bit of a walk from the train station but manageable. breakfast was average. lower floor room could be noisy during day time. Front desk staff was helpful when asked about kimono rental.

Our room was very compact and did not offer a window that you could see through. To my recollection there was no in-room safe. Good location to covered mall filled with shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Our room, 213, had two beds. They put a lot of stuff in a tight space. Bathroom was very small with tub/shower combo.
