We stayed here last week for 5 nights with our Grandaughter. The location is great. Just a few minute walk from the Kyoto train station. “Very very small and narrow, but that is part of the charm”
Bunk beds! Kids adored this place and it has all the amenities for adults as well with full laundry facilities in room. Only 10 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. Only fault is lack of staff all day and luggage storage.

Small apartments walkable from Kyoto station. Compact, but great kitchenette, table and two chairs, washing machine. Compact and great for our 5 day stay. “Good for a quick vidur”
We had the double bunk bed style, so two adults at the bottom, two kids at top. It was spacious with table, washer etc. Room was long and narrow but it was bigger than our room in Osaka (where we couldn’t open big luggage except on the bed).
