“A very positive experience”
A lovely hotel. Our room was large, clean and quiet. The service was excellent. The breakfast options were numerous. They offered a free shuttle to a metro/train station, which was convenient.

“Perfect place to enjoy Kyoto”
This is a spectacular hotel with impeccable service and a convenient location. Management was very responsive and helpful in addressing my communication shortcomings due to language. I would heartily recommend a stay here, and would like to return to see it in different seasons!
