Gorgeous hotel, in a convenient location. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Loved the cool lobby design and open plan seated area that lead into the restaurant and bar area. “Decent rooms, good breakfast”
Nice modern rooms with a very good breakfast. The staff is also prompt and any housekeeping requests were promptly answered. However, the rooms were very small and while it names itself Mercure Kyoto Station, it is not so close and that makes the location not so convinient.
