“Lovely hotel”
Lovely hotel. Rooms were on a small side but we only slept in them since we had a lot of sightseeing to do. Hotel was close enough to bus stops and metro station. We did have breakfast which we enjoyed and staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Nice hotel with great location”
Excellent hotel with great location! We left our big suitcases in Tokyo and arrived with just our carryons as we were returning to Tokyo. “Lovely hotel in a quiet area.”
This is a lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and facilities great. I found the room larger than some of the other hotels I’ve stayed in. The hotel is in a side street but if you enjoy walking…why not explore! You can meander anywhere with google maps! Loved my stay.

“Exceptional service and breakfast”
We stayed here 3 nights and we were very satisfied with our choice of hotel. The location was pretty convenient to get a bus ride to go to Kyoto station, popular sightseeing spots of Kiyomizu-dera and Sagano.
