“Location”
Good location. Well appointed rooms lack extra space. Great bathroom. Nice breakfast.

“Lovely hotel”
Lovely hotel. Rooms were on a small side but we only slept in them since we had a lot of sightseeing to do. Hotel was close enough to bus stops and metro station. We did have breakfast which we enjoyed and staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Shizutetsu hotel Prezio Kyoto the hotel is very well located & maintained. Like most Japanese hotels rooms are small this is the same, room has everything you need, from kettle, safe & small table. “Kyoto hotel”
Rooms are small in North American terms but clean, views are not great but location is as it is very close to shops and restaurants. Train is a 5 min walk away and you are one stop away from river front dining and shops.
