“Exquisite food!”
Had a private room in the newly refurbished dining room. Ambience was perfect. The kaiseki was another level. From Ise Lobster, abalone, fresh octopus to Matsusaka Beef. Each course was expertly prepared to the highest quality. This meal has really left an impression!

“I cannot wait to come back!”
Stayed in Toba view for 2 nights, was made to feel right at home from the moment we got off the coach. The hospitality is on another level, everything was efficient and even pre-emptive! Staff would bend over backwards for us if they could and do so with a smile. A real sense of culture in the room… more

“Futon with view”
Very quiet, gracious hotel. The food is superb and each room looks out over the Pacific. The meals were stupendous with a bunch of raw fish as well as food you cooked in your little individual pot. Great for a couple of days. It's not near anything, so you need cab or vehicle. High on a hill.

“Love the open bath in our room”
We stayed in this hotel in March 2016 which was recommended by a friend. We went here straight from the airport and took their hotel shuttle. Great hospitality, excellent food and particularly, I love the open bath in our room with a spectacular view.
