“Highly recommend the room with the Private Onsen!”
We had such a wonderful stay at Courtyard Hakuba and would definitely return on our next trip to Hakuba. They had shuttles to bring you from Hakuba Station, but we paid the Nagano transfers alittle more to bring us directly to the hotel. There are convenient buses right outside the hotel taking yo… more

“Great off season stay”
Shuttle bus (reservations required) was convenient, though maybe it might help if the timings were timed to coincide better with the buses to Tokyo/Nagano. Very professional staff throughout, from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping.

“Courtyard - Hakuba”
The property is very clean and well-maintained, and I really like the location with so many restaurants nearby. The private onsen was also pretty nice. The only minor issue I encountered was when I asked the front desk about which ski resorts were fully open, it seemed they weren't fully up to date… more
