“Great hotel with good facilities and location to the ski slopes”
Had the great experience of staying here for a week. Hotel was really accomodating and staff were very kind and patient. 101% recommend!! It’s also just 1-2 bus stops away from the ski slopes at happo one so a really convenient location too. Would be great if there were more food options availab… more

“Good hotel near ski area”
I stayed here for 10 days. Hotel is well located and has ski shuttles throughout the day. In contrary to what I read, you can walk into town for dinner. Yes reservations are necessary but you can actually walk. Between 15-30 minutes depending on where in Hakuba you go. Ski shuttles are great conn… more

“Had an amazing stay”
perfect place to stay for a family ski and snowboarding trip! The location is unbeatable, just minutes from the slopes, making it super convenient to hit the powder early in the morning. The hotel has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere after a long day on the mountain.

“Stale”
