Great experience in Hakuba, staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was comfortable. The hotel manager Anis was very helpful and obliging. They provided drop off and pick up to and from Hakuba Goryu bus station, which was very helpful. “Highly recommend for a ski vacation”
Spacious tatami room, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for ski vacation. Shuttle to mountain and onsen. Good food options at hotel and within walking distance. Great character and charm. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a great value.
