“Exceptional stay”
We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were so helpful and professional. We were four adults and the room me stayed in was very large and comfortable. We had our own lounge area and a hot tub on the balcony. Unfortunately we couldn’t use this in the winter season but we did use the private onsen… more

“great spot”
Skiing in Hakuba was incredible! The powder snow was perfect, and the mountain views were breathtaking. The runs offered a great mix for all skill levels, and the local onsen after a day on the slopes was pure bliss. A must-visit for ski enthusiasts!
