“Perfect for our snow holiday”
We stayed at this hotel after a recommendation from a friend who’s stayed here 3 times, and it was perfect. We stayed in a studio room for a week, had a kitchen, plenty of heating but could also open the window for fresh air - aircon/heating temperatures are adjustable. Plenty of amenities provided… more

“Great stay!”
Very spacious, clean, and warm apartment. Excellent location - the Rabbit Hole is directly across the street if you want a lively pub, the restaurant in the hotel is great for a quieter night. The best scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast I’ve ever had. Ample off street parking.

“Fantastic clean, modern, convenient location! ”
Such a great place to stay. Very helpful staff keen to assist. Free shuttle to dinner & grocery store. Highly recommended! Very lovely people. Included is kitchen, heated floors, a/c, bath, drying room, board/gear room, view of mountains!

“Snow trip”
Koharu was great during our entire trip. I would definitely recommend Koharu to others and stay there again. For my first time in Hakuba it was more than I could have asked for. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
