“Nice place”
The hotel style seem like Japanese drama-princess sarah.The room is so Classical Japanese Style and very clean, not very old. The staff are so nice. The hot springs are small but nice for 2People. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

“A Pleasant Stay in Karuizawa”
I had a great time with my family at Dormy Club Karuizawa. A cozy onsen hotel with very friendly and English speaking staff. We had a night stay in this hotel. The room is clean and tidy but the bathroom is just a little small. 有溫泉 有雪 有冰淇淋 專車接送 便宜 個人認為比的上某些4星級，this hotel is very good. You can use hot spring . It also provide ice cream. Bus to pick you up. I recommend this hotel very much. It's very good . Especially visit it in December. Snowing season.

“A warm welcome for stay in Christmas”
A very warm welcome of shuttle from railway station and a surprise cake at room. Hot spring spa besides the room is very convenient, clean and quiet. Ice bar is also supplied with different favours! Dinner and breakfast is also very nice!
