“Nice little hotel”
Nice little hotel in the Karuizawa area, a little bit outdated, looks like a good hotel for weddings, good breakfast and near all the major attractions in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Get the breakfast early as it can get quite busy at 8am

“A pleasant stay at a sincere hotel”
My child was allergic to egg. The hotel prepared eggless bread for her dinner and breakfast. Thanks a lot for going the extra miles! Room was western style, very spacious room. It looks like this hotel had a change of management and they did a pretty good job. The rooms we got was big for a Japanese hotel (two double beds with a sofa).
