“Good location and breakfast”
Close to the JR station, and breakfast good (Japanese with some western things, and very cheap). Bathroom pods a little basic, but functional. Room a little down-beat. Good view of the hills. “Budget Hotel Near Matsumoto Castle”
Location wise it is great, halfway between Matsumoto Station and Matsumoto Castle. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. However, the hotel room looked old, especially carpet. Probably need some renovation.
