“Good location”
Excellent location for access from the station and eating places. Staff were welcoming. Amenities were readily available in the lobby. Breakfast could be purchased. Bathroom was spotless. Only mistake was we booked a double moderate room which was very small. Wifi was excellent.

“Lovely one night stay”
We had a good one night stay at this hotel. The breakfast was really good with fresh fruit and vegetables. The beds were comfortable. It was also a short walk to the castle and to plenty of restaurants and also not far from the train station. We would stay here again.

“February 2026 visit to Matsumoto”
One-night stay at the Iroha Grand Hotel in February 2026. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from Matsumoto station. “Overall, a good stay”
A nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was an average size with a decent sized bathroom. We were located at the front of the hotel, there weren't any noise issues from the traffic outside. I found the bed to be too hard. The breakfast room was large and restocked regularly.
