“Very satisfying experience”
Polite and helpful staff throughout. Large, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Good selection of amenities. Choice of two locations for breakfast. One Japanese the other Western. Good location for main town, bus and railway stations and castle and numerous restaurants. 10/10.

“Meh. Neither here nor there there.”
The checkin process was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Room is so so and a little dusty. We left a "please make up room" sign on the door, only to find when we get back that two bags of new towels hanging over it, and the room has not been made up or cleaned. This hotel is conveniently located near Matsumoto Castle and not far from the main shopping streets, but it's quite tired.
