“Great place for relaxing and fun”
Great facilities, nice room and good services from front desk staff. Restaurant serves excellent breakfast buffet, provides noodle from 9:30 pm to 11 pm. Hot spring bath facilities are great. “Warm, clean, comfortable.”
Beautifully presented hotel, with authentic Japanese styling and culture. Super clean and warm, great onsen, free coffee and refreshments, comfortable beds. Central location - can't fault the establishment.

“Onsen Experience”
This was the most "traditional" (and expensive) stay during our trip. You have to take your shoes off at the front as the floors are covered in tatami mats. Matsumoto is a wonderful mountain town that is easy to get around. Not sure any of the hotels would be a poor option location wise. The onse… more
