“Very close to the lake shore”
I only stayed one night as part of a tour. We arrived in the early evening and left soon after breakfast. The room was clean and overlooked a carpark. “Good overnight stay”
Very helpful and friendly staff but few can understand English.rooms comfortable and adequate for an over night stay. Has large scale indoor and outdoor Ryokan baths which are free with the room price. Good Chinese restaurant.

“Relaxing Stay”
Booked the smallest single room. The room is nothing special and is just like a typical business hotel. I don't mind as the Onsen (hot spring) and other facilities are nice. The staff is also friendly. A convenience store and the fast food chain MOS Burger is close by.

“On business but thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen”
Visted the Suwa area for business last month and had a room at this hotel reserved for me. “Ok, nothing great”
Stayed here on a business trip because it was convenient. OK hotel to stay. Did not eat here. Went to the bar at night, nothing exciting. It is very close to a big lake. Did not have a chance to go for walk or run though. Hopefully, will try the run next time.
