“Great onsen”
Great onsen, fantastic food and services. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services from/ to Matsumoto train station which is very convenient due to infrequent public bus to shirahone onsen. Hope to be back again

What an excellent hotel, service, cleanliness, location, meals and onsen were just perfect! “No smoke free room”
Outdoor onsen is good. Sauna is good. Food is great. Only the smelly room is not good. People need to take a small ferry to go there. However it was so stupid that everyone needed to produce a ticket to get on the ferry when leaving the resort. Even if the ticket was not included in the room … more
