“Fantastic Stay at this Hot Spring Hotel”
Location: The hotel is located in walking distance from JR Kami Suwa station (about 10-minute walk). It is possible to drag luggage from train station to hotel, but consider taking taxi if you don't mind spending some money. I don't think this hotel provides shuttle service to/from train station. “Excellent hotel 最高！죄고!”
素晴らしい！ ありがとうございました！ びっくりする位、サービスが細やかで、至れり尽くせりで、頭が下がります！ 食事は、本当に、びっくりするほど、美味しい！ 2泊しましたが、こんなに、癒されたホテルありません。 Why not come here ! They served nice diner and spa. It has clean room and can see lake view room. Especially diner is very nice!

“Good hotel with hot spring”
Hotel is nice as well as location. We stayed for one night during our group tour in Japan. We had a Japanese Style room which was a nice experience. Kaiseki dinner was OK, I however would of appreciated that breakfast had a international option. Staff was nice but no one spoke english.
