Very clean. Very beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and did a great job with the Japanese/English translation, as we do not speak Japanese. For me, the hotel is a little expensive but it might be the best choice around Hirayu Onsen, especially you could enjoy the view from the it. We stayed here for one night, in two rooms. I think a whole family of four could be fit into one room so you should inquire with the property before using a booking site.
