“Just WOW”
We stayed here one night and it was amazing. The onsen is indoors, and very comfortable. The rooms are adorable. We stayed in one with the outdoor bathtub. “Sorry, looks better than it looks”
Gotta be honest, the pics are better than what it is. Location wise, i will consider it far from Nagano station and they have no shuttle from the nearest station. Taxi can take 10-15 minutes from Nagano. They could use a little renovation particularly on the reception lobby. The onsen’s nice though… more

“Onsen Stay”
We stayed here for 3 nights in August. Our room was very nice, in the traditional Japanese style. The breakfast was also very good, with a number of small courses. The owners/staff speak no English but get by with a translation app which makes staying there easy. Overall the hotel is quite tired… more
