We visited Hanaya with my 1-year-old daughter. It was difficult to find baby-friendly ryokans but we could luckily find Hanaya which offers several good service for a baby. “A perfect Ryokan for those who want a good hot spring, good food and peaceful stay”
I went to this ryokan with my husband without expecting much at the beginning other than seeing the old traditional taisho architectual style for the ryokan. My wife and I are big onsen fans and go probably about 8 times a year to different places. this time we went to Hanaya - excellent service, excellent kaiseikiryori and beautiful old ryokan.
