“Perfect hotel for us!”
This is an older hotel but the plusses outweigh anything negative. Walkway on 2nd fl leads right into the train station. The buffet breakfast is awesome if you want to sample Niigata cuisine.

“Great location ”
The Art Hotel at Niigata station is very conveniently located near the station with the 2nd floor taking you directly to it. The bus station is easily accessible from one side. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. A 24 hr Convenience store (konbini) is also a few steps away. The staff is very helpful… more

“Good location & amenities but WiFi needs work”
Stayed here for 2 nights from 30/12 to 1/1 Good points: 1) Very good location! Only beside train station 2) Sufficient amenities, including soap, shampoo, conditioner 3) Clean room Bad points: 1) WiFi connection - had to reconnect multiple times during my stay
