“Highly Recommended”
We stayed here for 2 night with a group of friends in November. The room was nice and clean, comfy bed and very good bathroom. “Happy onsens”
Spent 2 nights here with our 2 year old during rugby world cup. Feels smaller and more intimate than most pictures. Super friendly staff and special thanks to manager Akiyoshi Yuri who went out of her way to help us. Big selection of beautiful natural hot springs in secluded garden. Top breakfast. … more

“Good hotel with value price”
Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Room condition is the same as picture showing. Front desk staffs are very helpful, polite and smiling face all day. Though their English are not good enough, they did their best by using translation apps. Happy with the housekeeping. Onsen is nice and clean. Delicated… more

“Proper hot spring spa type hotel”
