“ A very happy stay in this hotel”
Chose single room. Window could be opened. Short walk from Beppu Station. Very efficient staff. Once entered hotel at midday, 5 mins later a phone call from front desk telling me water being cut off for 90 mins for urgent repairs. Best English communication I have experienced on this trip to Japan.… more

“Pleasant Stay”
Pros: • Great location. Buses from Hakata and Oita airport stop right in front of the hotel. There is a department store across the road and a 10 minute walk to a shopping mall. “So-so hotel”
The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are basic but serviceable. This is not the place to stay if you need reliable Internet. I had problems each day trying to get on and stay connected to the Internet. The women's onsen room was cold and drafty. I would likely not stay there again
