The hotel and our room was great. Can not fault it! The room was big, with a kitchenette, washing machine, dryer and clothes rack. The bed was soft and comfortable. The aircon worked great. It's a short walk to American Village, and the Araha beach, which has a stinger net and offers other water activities like parasailing. There is two supermarkets close by, there is also numerous bars, but lacking local food unless you want burgers and American food each night. The park and the beach, along with the view from the room was fantastic. There is several buses that service Chatan bus stop. We mainly used bus 120 that runs from.the airport to Nago city. It's about 50 minutes to Naha by bus.

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Okinawa. Rooms were basic but with great views. In room washer and dryer were a big help. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful from the minute we pulled into the parking lot and someone ran out to help us park. Location is very good although you are better off driving to American Village. Beach walk was wonderful.

Check in smooth ...most staff helpful except a guy Malay who wan of no help except to help you rent a car ! We were put on floor 2 despite booking sea facing room ours was facing parking lot directly and sea one could eye from corner of the eye ! Next day complaint to the lady brought prompt response and were moved to eight floor with excellent privacy and fantastic views .Thank you . So guys when booking seek higher floor booking .Rooms are excellent with kitchenette and towels can be taken fresh from reception .There is a washing amchine and dryer in the room that makes living pretty easy . There are in morning hours dry brekafast packet given of croissant and Danish with tea or coffee . Toiletries you can refurbish yourself from reception. . American village centre for restaurants bit pricey can be reached by 15-20 minues walk .Nearby are small eateries at sensible prices .Ask rception from right person that is .All in all perfect place to stay at reasonable prices ..There is no beach though it is a waterfront property . Go book it you will not regret it .

Island plans were impacted by a nearby typhoon so I booked this very last minute for 5 nights. It’s a 10 storey building with four rooms on each floor, all with balconies facing the sea. The rooms are standard hotel size with extra entrance space for the kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. There is a large desk with a plastic-covered chair and a 2-seater plastic-covered couch. The plastic covering doesn’t make for particularly comfortable sitting. Free bikes were great to get around but they could probably do with some maintenance. The balconies are amazing for viewing sunsets and also provide a great view of the Saturday night fireworks in American Village. The beds are soft for Japan, the towels are very fluffy. The separate shower room was large and there’s a large basin and space for your stuff. Drying rack was appreciated for wet bathers. In the morning you can grab 3 pastries and drinks from the reception area. The staff always greet you warmly. Depending on the guests in the surrounding rooms, you will probably hear them. The rooms are not sound-proof. The man to one side was coughing all night. The couple to the other were talking loudly on their balcony and re-arranging furniture. The family upstairs were running up and down. The plumbing is a constant. And then there are the locals riding loud motorbikes, especially on Friday/Saturday nights. You can’t escape the noise. In 2 months of travel in Japan, this is the only place I’ve been forced to wear ear plugs. I really wanted to love this hotel but when you can’t sleep…
