Built in 2022, the hotel looks great inside and outside. Rooms are spacious, pools are great. Swimming area is very limited, which is a big drawback, but the beach also looks good and clean. Built in 2022, the hotel looks great inside and outside. Rooms are spacious, pools are great. Swimming area is very limited, which is a big drawback, but the beach also looks good and clean. The location is 7 min with taxi from Itoman city, which is good, because the restaurant options in the hotel are limited. The restaurants are branded as different concepts, but the menus are quite similar, based around steak. They are also very expensive, except one noodle place. Concierge was extremely disappointing, refused to help with anything before arrival, only referring to an online booking page. After arrival, the service was also disappointing, lack of knowledge, still referring to an online page which wasn't very useful.

3 stars based on overall experience. The room was 5 star, very big, clean, grand and very nice view. The service was 5 star, very slick, eager to help, nice and professional A big shout out to Javier Espi from Barcelona-Spain, who we met working in the breakfast buffet. (Gracias amigo!) he was extremely attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had what we wanted. A true credit to the staff there :) The overall 3-star is based on how it’s run aside from those things. Perhaps also due to expectations from being European, anyway: - The grand centre pool which they use for all the marketing is for VIP’s only and so you end up with a choice of the 2 side pools, both of which are filled with kids as it’s clearly a family Oriented resort - No adult only areas - they can be strict with rules, such as no taking unfinished food back to the room etc, but the strictness is part of their culture - no room service whatsoever - No food for the beach, no bar service to the pool/beach - Very little food choice in the shops - the hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere so exploring away from it is quite inconvenient - the restaurants were very expensive and not what they seemed (the BBQ was a set menu per head of ¥11000 and you had to cook it yourself) - we resorted to uber eats every night - The beach is a bit of a catfish because the tide is out most of the afternoon, leaving a dead coral riddled sand bank and even when the tide is in, the swimming zone is waist deep at most To summarise with the better points last, the service and quality of the building itself was top notch, we did enjoy our stay but if you’re western I probably would look elsewhere.
