We chose the superior double room, which is more spacious and perfect for couples. The room temperature is centrally controlled but can be adjusted between 16°C and 30°C by keeping the bedroom door closed. Housekeeping consistently maintains the room’s cleanliness and neatness. Bedding is changed every other day and can be cleaned daily upon request. Toiletries and coffee supplies are replenished daily. The room features a centralized switch for all lights and air conditioning at the bedside, and the internet service is reliable and fast. Guests can enjoy a set menu breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30am for 1,000 Yen, with four delicious options to choose from. The dinner menu offers quality a la carte dishes and a bar at reasonable prices. Self-service amenities include an automatic check-in kiosk in the lobby, a no-extra-charge express check-out post, and a self-payment machine. The hotel provides a public laundromat, ice machine, vending machines, and a microwave at the lobby for guest convenience. Despite occasional language barriers, the reception team excels in guest service. Pretti and N. Nakayama stand out for going above and beyond to assist, even when other staff have limited English skills. I am certain I will stay here again on my next trip to Japan.
