⭐ Not Just a 3-night Stay — A Full Osaka Experience at APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower ⭐ From the moment we stepped inside, this place felt like more than just a hotel — it was a mini city in itself. Located literally steps from JR Namba Station and minutes from buses, departmental stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience shops, everything we needed was right at our doorstep. 🏙️ The Room & View Our room was compact, super clean, and thoughtfully equipped with a mini-fridge, vending machines just outside, microwave access, and space to store luggage under the bed — perfect for savvy travellers. The view of Osaka at dusk, from the 40th floor was nothing short of awesome. 🎥 In-Room Entertainment Movie nights in the room turned into a blast! From John Wick to Mission Impossible, Plane, and The Expendables, our TV became our personal cinema after long days of exploring. ♨️ Wellness & Relaxation The onsen, sauna stayed open till 2 am, and public bath facilities were a real highlight — so good to unwind after a busy day out. We also admired the small pool on the 40th floor, where you can chill and take in the cityscape (during open season). 🧺 Convenience Everywhere There’s an actual 7-Eleven inside the building — yes, inside the hotel — alongside laundry facilities that made long stays a breeze. It includes a photocopier and money exchange machine. Whether you needed snacks, drinks, laundry, or just a quick coffee, it was all there. 💪 Amenities That Impress The gym was clean and well-equipped, and the onsen/sauna area offered a true Japanese relaxation experience. Local vending machines and ice machines made refreshment easy, and the entire property was spotless, giving such peace of mind. 📍 Location, Location, Location Seriously — you couldn’t ask for better. Right by JR Namba Station, the bus terminal, department stores, supermarkets, and convenience stores. Exploring Osaka — from Dotonbori to nearby attractions — was near-effortless and highly convenient. ✨ Final Verdict This hotel feels like your base + hub + escape all in one. Clean, convenient, full of amenities, and buzzing with life just outside its doors — if you want a stay that feels like part of the city, this is it. Definitely one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had in Osaka!

This hotel is centrally located, particularly because it's right around the corner from the Namba subway station. The check-in process was easy via machines that spit out room keys after registration (such a Japan experience :) 😀 There are water stations, a 7-Eleven, a laundromat and several other amenities that make tjis stay worth it. It's very self-service, so don't expect room service from the restaurants in the building. The TV has all kinds of helpful info and free movies. You can also cast your TV content from your phone, which is neat The rooms are small, but cozy. The bathtub was the perfect size. Plenty of toiletries and towels. The room temperature only works on the mode that it is set at, so if it's heat, you can only use heat. You have to Crack the windows if you're too warm, which worked out fime for me. Overall, I would stay here again.

A very clean and modern hotel in Osaka. A bit on the pricey side, especially since some of their hotels are listed as budget hotels. Good location with restaurants and shops located inside the hotel. Close to public transportation. Hotel offers breakfast buffets on 2 floors, 2nd and 40th, but if you have a package hotel stay, yours will be on the 2nd floor. Our room was high enough and provided a nice view of Osaka. Roof top swimming pool, but closed during the winter, and public bath houses. Nurmerous places to eat inside the nearby train/subway station.

There are quite a few APA hotels at Osaka so the one we stayed is the one beside the Osaka City Air Terminal (OCAT) Building. We stayed 5 nights and these are our review. 1. The location is very good, beside is OCAT, Namba Station, Life Supermarket, Konbini opposite and inside hotel. 2. Hotel has a very big onsen, about 4 to 5 indoor pools but no outdoor pool. Just that onsen has no control as hotel rules stated naked at onsen and no tattoos but my hubby saw person wearing underwear went into the onsen and also another having tattoos on the whole shoulder in the onsen. 3. There are many washing machines, all at level 4 where onsen and konbini are, no issue if you walk inside konbini in yukata. Just that too many people so still need to queue to wash and dry. There is coin changer machine in the washer room so can change to coins to wash. 4. Water dispenser at every level so no worry about water. Ice machine is between every 5 levels. 5. Room is very cramped, hardly space to walk, If one person stay is okay. 6. Noisy water pipes. I called the room service and maintenance team came 3 times to fix but noisy came back. 7. Air con is centralised so we are unable to turn the temperature lower when the room is warm. The room service told us to open the window to let cold air in. Cold air came in together with the noises outside. 8. Bed was okay, hotel services was okay.
