We were blessed to have an executive room that included access to their Executive Lounge. Everything, from check-in, friendly and accommodating services, lounge time, accessibility to train/subway stations, turn-down services, was done in a very professional and hospitable manner. We returned to this hotel because of our previous experience in 2025 and will probable choose this hotel again when visiting Osaka. The price point is definitely worth it and the rooms are relatively spacious compared to Japanese hotel standards. This is a hotel where you can enjoy your stay; using all the amenities (pool/sauna/hot tub, fitness gym, spa…), walking distance to museums and subways.

We had a truly wonderful experience at the teppanyaki restaurant at Conrad Osaka. Chef Misaki prepared every dish with incredible skill and care. Each course beautifully highlighted the quality of the ingredients, and watching the cooking at the teppan made the meal feel like a special performance. The service was also excellent. Kimiko’s calm and thoughtful hospitality made us feel very comfortable throughout the experience. We visited to spend a special moment with my son before he leaves for Nagoya, and it became a memory we will always cherish. What impressed us even more was what happened afterward. When we stopped by Atmos Dining and simply mentioned that we had just visited Kura, the team kindly prepared a “Congratulations on your acceptance” plate for my son. We were deeply touched by the wonderful teamwork and warm hospitality of the staff. Conrad Osaka is truly a special place for us and somewhere we always want to return to. Special thanks to Valentino san for always taking such wonderful care of us. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We recently stayed at Conrad Osaka for 5 nights and 6 days with our family. Having visited Conrad properties in Seoul, Singapore, and Macau, I can confidently say this stay was the most satisfying experience we've ever had. The location is excellent, and the city views from the room were simply flawless. The breakfast service was exceptional with high-quality food, and the turndown service was perfect every single night. What truly set this stay apart was the genuine hospitality. Service Quality Manager Valentino thoughtfully gifted our five-year-old son an special Conrad bear, which my son absolutely cherished. We also experienced incredible problem-solving from the staff. When our pre-booked airport vehicle was waiting in the wrong location, Masato Kanazawa personally ran out to find the driver and guided the car to the lobby for us. Furthermore, a manager at the pool (whose name we didn't catch) kindly provided us with bottled water after my son finished bathing. These small yet significant gestures made our family trip truly special. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Conrad Osaka. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-tier service and heartfelt hospitality in Osaka!

Our stay at the Conrad Osaka was nothing short of amazing. The only thing I disliked was having to leave. My husband and I visited Japan for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and part of that celebration was spending time in Osaka. We originally planned to stay just two nights before moving on to another prefecture, but the service was so exceptional that we immediately booked an additional two nights. From the moment our taxi pulled up, we were greeted with genuine warmth and felt truly welcomed. The bellmen were gracious and attentive, and the front desk team members were equally kind and professional. Every interaction made us feel valued, and it set the tone for an unforgettable stay. As a Diamond member who regularly stays at Hilton properties around the world, I can confidently say that this experience ranks at the very top of our list. The Executive Lounge was our first stop on the evening we arrived. It was a cold and rainy night, and we were looking for a place to unwind—and the lounge could not have been more perfect. The panoramic views of the city were stunning, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, anticipating our needs without ever being intrusive. It set the tone for the rest of our stay and reinforced why extending our visit was the easiest decision we made on this trip. We stayed in three—yes, three—different room types, and the Penthouse Suite was by far our favorite. The décor was aesthetically pleasing, the floor‑to‑ceiling windows offered breathtaking views, and that red tub… absolutely unforgettable. Every room we experienced was immaculately clean, with thoughtful attention to detail from the moment we arrived through turn‑down service each night. We could go on and on about how gorgeous the property is, and this review would quickly turn into a novel, but **the true stars of our stay were the team members** who left a lasting impression on us. From the moment we arrived, the bell staff — notably Joseph and Anil — greeted us with such warm, inviting attitudes that we immediately felt at home. During our first breakfast, Valentino welcomed us with the kind of genuine kindness that can’t be taught. We ended up chatting as if we’d known each other for years, sharing interests and stories that made the morning feel extra special. This warmth continued throughout our stay, and he consistently checked in to make sure every aspect of our visit was going perfectly - a level of attentiveness and care that is not always reflected in management interactions. Sabin and Towa from C‑Grill were another pair of true standouts. They were already aware of our dietary restrictions before we even sat down for dinner, which spoke volumes about the level of care and communication within the team. At one point, my husband and I got separated when I stepped away to use the restroom, and Sabin personally walked me all the way to the bar to make sure we reunited — a gesture that was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely touching. He also made excellent menu suggestions, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. Patrick, our bartender, crafted cocktails perfectly tailored to our tastes. Every drink felt thoughtful and intentional, and his warm personality made the experience even better. Grace from the front desk deserves her own review entirely. She exemplifies true hospitality and service at the highest level. Every luxury hotel brand could learn from the way she cares for guests — she is the definition of exceptional. I could go on and on about how wonderful she is, but the bottom line is that she deserves both recognition and a raise. Yuji from the concierge team went above and beyond to assist with reservations both inside and outside the hotel. He even secured a booking that would have been nearly impossible for us to obtain on our own. Umesh ensured that every breakfast went smoothly and was genuinely enjoyable, always making sure I had my morning chai latte and mimosa to start the day just right. At Kura, the chef presented a beautiful display and an impressive spread of delicious dishes. Special thanks to Yamato, Yoshimi, Makato, and the young lady affectionately known as Señorita — each of them contributed to a memorable and beautifully executed dining experience. We crossed paths with so many other team members who played a meaningful role in making my birthday celebrations truly unforgettable. Although I didn’t have the chance to meet the General Manager, I would love to shake his or her hand for assembling such an exceptional team — and I’d even suggest they try to clone Mr. Valentino Sebic, because the world could use more hospitality professionals like him. Thank you, Conrad Osaka, for a truly memorable stay. We will absolutely be back.
