“Great Location and Truly Kind Service”
We had a really lovely stay at Fairfield Namba. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Dotonbori and close to several train stations, which made getting around Osaka very easy. “Sincere service in helping guest in distress”
I travelled to Osaka via shinkensin from Yokohoma on 22 Nov 2025. Unfortunately is a Japanese holiday and the shinkensin was late by 15 minutes! “Good option as short walk to central area”
Good hotel, comfortable beds, walking distance to the centre and great shower! Breakfast was fine - maybe display could be set out better to avoid back up of people for juice, fruit etc.

“Hotel with Great Location but Low Appreciation to Marriott Bonvoy”
No greeting from the staff during check in. Just like checking in with a Robot. The staff responded low appreciation to the marriott Bonvoy program.
