“DEFINITELY STAYING IN HILTON OSAKA ON MY RETURN FOR UTMOST COMFORT, CONVENIENCE AND RELIABILTY”

TRULY exceptional! I have been fortunate to have tried many great hotels all over the world and also around Japan, clearly Hilton Osaka is on a level of it own..The attention to detail, the warm smile, and attentiveness they gave me and my daughter, pure elegance of the design of the entire hotel, rooms, executive lounge and breakfast area, wide selection of food, as well as restaurants.. For their breakfast area..My favorites are their smoked salmon eggs Benedict, tasty appetisers, and their meat selection ROAST BEEF!!! :).. I already knew it was going to be a good hotel, because of the many reviews I've read after booking, but this hotel was nothing short of AMAZING! Not only was it across the Osaka Station but it also had an underground path from the Hotel to the Station.. So even with our many luggages, shopping bags, some drizzle of rain outside, or just cold weather.. We were very comfortable going back and forth to the station using this underground pass. We were able to try their executive lounge, and I could say, each dish was made with such precision and detail. Loved their fish in cream sauce, meat skewers, soy bars, fresh variety of salad, assorted high quality cheese and fruits, wide variety of top shelf liquor including wine and Japanese and western beer, freshly made appetizers too delicious to pass up. Desserts were just wonderful.. My favorite was the pannacotta with fresh strawberries.. Absolute bliss.. This is the BEST lounge I've been to.. With its unbeatable location, impeccable service, and ultra top tier bed, pillows, food and drinks...Will definitely stay with Hilton Osaka on my return to Osaka..Each member of the Hilton Team made our trip memorable, but most especially the hotel manager Mr. ANTOINE CAUSEL, front desk Mr. HIROGUCHI, and the whole bell team.. Thank you for making our trip extra special.. Thank you so much the level of care, attention and assistance you showed us from check in until check out.. Our Heart is full.. Now more about the hotel: Love the elegant Japanese inspired design of both the room, bath tub, restaurants and lobby! It is really very comfortable! Great pool and sauna, location.. Just a few minutes to the train station Great access to the nearby towns and cities.. Very safe, because of the Underpass, staying at this hotel, provides utmost COMFORT! Away from rain, and the ever changing weather.. So convenient many shopping malls at the Osaka Station..Like LUCUA, Grand Front and Hankyu Dept Store.. Walkability1000/10. Best in location.. Truly unbeatable! Food & drinksExcellent freshly made food, and TOP TIER TOP SHELF drinks and dessert! Wide variety.. “Overall, a good hotel experience”

This is a very good hotel. Good location near the JR line for travel to Kyoto. My king executive room was spacious and comfortable. The wifi was not very strong, something a property like this needs to figure out. Breakfast was crowded but the line moved fast. There was a lot of food to choose from… more

“Nice central location in Osaka”

The Hilton Osaka is in a great location. We enjoyed the Executive Lounge and appreciate the attentive staff there. The rooms were clean and beds are comfortable but could hear noise in the hallways at night. The pool could use some improvement but the spa area and gym are both very nice.
